The Matchpoint Auto Transport Owner Operator class of February 2014 reinforces the MAT operating model as a solid solution for experienced as well as new drivers entering the hotshot auto hauling market. A collection of experienced Class A CDL drivers and new drivers attended a 2 day training to learn how MAT manages the chaos of the intermediate range auto hauling.
Operating under 26,000 lbs GVWR the 4 new IOO’s from the February class hit the road hard and grossed an average of $12,900 per truck in the 4 weeks of March 2014. We tell our students and new owner operators to expect a weekly gross revenue of $2,500 to $3,000 with a monthly gross of $10,000-$12,000. Our latest class crushed those projection with an average gross of $3,225 per week!
The MAT hotshot car hauler model is based on the experience of over 600,000 hotshot road miles and a sustainable long term approach to serving owner operators.
