Our drivers average 467 miles per day this trip was set at 420 per day. They must be able to navigate their own routes, and smartly plan arrival times of their pick-ups and drops.
Like any business owner, our drivers are good problem solvers, and think ahead like a good chess player is thinking 3 moves down the board.
It takes most drivers 1-2 months to work through the learning curve. No question the first couple trips can be hard and frustrating. Once the learning curve is overcome, transporting automobiles for significant income becomes easy.
As one of our new Independent Owner Operators, we understand you will require more time and hand holding during your first few weeks than one of our experienced drivers. That is okay. We intentionally build this extra hand holding into the process to make sure you succeed.
New drivers make mistakes. It’s okay. We understand. It is our new drivers who persevere through the mistakes who go on to earn significant income transporting automobiles for hire.
The reality is you will not make mistakes we ourselves have already made. This is one advantage of having a company owned by individuals who have significant over the road experience transporting automobiles using hotshot rigs. We understand!
